Jon and Amanda had a beautiful wedding at the historic Page House in Georgetown Texas on a perfect June day. It was such a pleasure getting to photograph all of the genuinely happy people and the enormous outpouring of love that the Moores’ received during their magical day!
I had the absolute pleasure of working with Amanda in the past and I was incredibly touched and excited when she contacted me to be her wedding photographer! I already knew about her exuberant smile and ecstatic joy and knew she would be such an amazing subject to shoot, and I was right! She is so genuine and beautiful that she truly made my job incredibly easy! I could tell instantly what a good father Jon is and what a great husband he will be. You could just see how much he loves Amanda from the look he has when he sees her and how much of a romantic he is at heart!
There were several special moments during the day but a few stood out to me from the rest. When Jon read out his heartfelt letter to Kynley and Wyatt and then embraced the both of them, the entire group was at an emotional peak, it was so touching and real! I was also lucky to be witness to one of the more private moments that Amanda had when she read the letter that Jon had written to her to open prior to the ceremony. She was so touched and fought tearing up as much as she could (just like the letter said!), but in the end gave way to a few tears of joy after reading the heartfelt letter. That is one of the things I love about my job, I get to have a very intimate window into some of the most touching moments that a couple and individuals have on their magical day! It is something I truly treasure!
Im so happy for Amanda, Jon, Wyatt, and Kynley! It was such an amazing wedding and they make an exceptionally beautiful family!
